Information you choose to share
The contact form asks for your name, email address, and message. You may also provide your organisation and the type of service you are interested in. We use these details to respond to your enquiry and discuss possible work with you. Please do not submit sensitive personal information or confidential project material through the form.
How contact messages are delivered
In email-draft mode, the form opens your email application with the details you entered. Nothing is submitted by this form until you send the email yourself. Your email provider then handles delivery.
If direct form delivery is enabled, submissions are sent to Web3Forms to process and deliver to an Axiom-managed Gmail inbox. Messages may then be forwarded to our business mailbox. Google and the business email provider process these messages as part of email delivery and storage. Web3Forms may process submission and technical data to deliver the message and prevent abuse. Read the Web3Forms privacy policy for details about its handling of information. The contact page indicates which delivery method is active.
Website hosting
When the site is hosted online, the hosting provider may process technical information, such as IP addresses and request logs, to serve the website and protect its systems. A local preview is served from the computer running it.
Browser preferences
The website stores your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage. This preference stays on your device and is not used for advertising. You can remove it by clearing this website’s browser data. The site does not include analytics, advertising scripts, or tracking cookies.
Retention and access
We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and to meet applicable record-keeping obligations. You can contact us to request access to or correction of the information you shared, or to ask for its deletion where applicable.
